Building 

 Building a home can be a wonderful yet somewhat stressful event!  Although building is considered a "purchase" mortgage transaction, it also is a much more cumbersome process than buying an existing home.  Rest assured though, I have helped many families build their custom dream homes, and have helped walk them through the diffent steps in this process, explaining and educating on every detail along the way.

If you are considering building through a large or smaller custom builder, I have many different lending programs available to assist you.  I prefer to schedule an extra-long initial meeting (in person or via phone depending on your preference), so that I can take good care in explaining all the details and additional documentation we'll need from your builder, while I help prepare the construction loan that best suits you!
