Applying for your loan is easy!

 Please select the option most convenient for you.  Unlike some lenders, I have NO application fee, and all referred customers receive a FREE consultation with multiple quotes from the lowest-rate lenders I work with!

  1. Complete the online Application Form now. This is recommended if you are ready to get pre-approved to buy a home, or to refinance one you already own. The process takes approximately five to fifteen minutes. You will have the opportunity to save your work and return to it later.  (Please complete the form as best you can, and to skip questions you don't know the answers to.  I can fill in any missing details later!  Do not worry if you are missing information--just complete as much as you can.)
  2. Call and I will take your application via phone.  I can be reached at 614-891-9625.  Please leave a message if I am busy assisting other customers, and I will call you back as soon as possible to gather your information via phone.
  3. Have Carolyn contact you.  If you don't have time to apply online or would rather chat first and would like me to contact you, please let me know the best way to reach you.
  4. Download the loan application, complete it as best you can, then mail or fax it to me.
  5. If refinancing to take advantage of the great rates--please also see the "REFI QUICKLIST" tab for helpful items you can provide me upfront that will assist me with your refinance quotes.  (If you can please fax or email these to me, I would greatly appreciate it!)
